The Design Process. The Environ Pools Way!

Another Reason Why Environ Pools Stands Out as Your Pool Builder in Brisbane

Building a pool can be an overwhelming and challenging process, but at Environ Pools, we have taken steps to make it as easy and comfortable as possible. In fact, our design process is one of the key reasons why we stand out as the top pool builder in Brisbane.

When you choose Environ Pools, our Sales Manager, Marc, will personally attend your home and guide you through the entire process from start to finish. He will be your main point of contact and will always be available through a call or email to answer any questions you may have. This personal touch ensures that you feel supported and confident throughout the pool building journey.

So, what does our design process look like?

1. Initial Enquiry: To begin, you can reach out to us through phone, chat box, email, or social media. Our dedicated sales team will quickly respond to your enquiry and get in touch with you within 2-3 working days.

2. Qualifying Questions: Our Sales Manager, Marc, will then connect with you to introduce himself and ask some qualifying questions. These questions help us better understand your needs and requirements. If you’re planning to build a new home, we’ll ask about the status of the land, your builder, and your proposed house plan. It is helpful if you have your house plans ready to provide more accurate answers.

3. In-Person Meeting: For existing homes, we’ll schedule an appointment to meet in person with Marc. During this meeting, we’ll visit your backyard, listen to your ideas and visions for the pool, and assess any potential issues such as infrastructure, ground conditions, boundaries, compliance, and access constraints.

4. Design and Concept: After gathering all the necessary information, we’ll take a short break to work on a design and concept based on our earlier discussions. The design will include accurate measurements and consider all aspects such as the pool, pool area, landscaping, and any additional features you desire. We’ll also discuss various options for filtration, tiles, fencing, and water type to ensure you have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.

5. Quote Presentation: Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a detailed quote for your pool build. We’ll also send an SMS to confirm that you’ve received the email. Take your time to review the quote and ask any additional questions or seek clarification.

6. Addressing Questions and Concerns: We are committed to providing excellent customer service, and we are happy to assist in answering any questions or concerns you may have. We’ll work with you until you are completely satisfied that all your queries have been addressed.

7. Ready to Proceed: Once you are satisfied with the quote and ready to proceed, you can contact your Sales Manager to schedule another appointment.

8. Finalizing Details: During this appointment, we’ll discuss the final and detailed features of your pool, including landscaping, fencing, and any other requirements. At this stage, figures are also finalized. There is no pressure to sign anything or make any payment during this meeting. We encourage you to ask any remaining questions or seek further clarification.

9. Collaboration with M&M Design Studio: Following this meeting, our Sales Manager will collaborate with M&M Architecture to create perspective elevation and concept plan drawings of your pool.

10. Contract Signing: We will schedule a third appointment where we will present you with the physical drawings of your pool and the contract. This meeting is an exciting milestone as we carefully go through each page of the contract together. You are encouraged to ask any questions or seek clarification before signing the contract. Once you are comfortable, the contract will be signed, and a deposit will be made.

11. Processing and Approvals: After the contract is signed, it will be processed in our office and go through certification and engineering processes. This may take 6-12 weeks, depending on the time of year. Rest assured, we will keep you updated every step of the way.

12. Mark Out Meeting and Construction: Once all approvals are received, we will contact you to arrange a date and time for the Mark Out Meeting. During this meeting, you will be handed over to our Construction Team, who will commence marking out your pool and begin construction.

Our goal at Environ Pools is to make your pool building journey as smooth and transparent as possible. Our dedicated team is here to guide you through each step of the process, ensuring that your vision comes to life and that you are fully satisfied with the final result.
