The Channel Nine Network (9Life and 9Now) has brought the Environ Pools team on board to feature in their highly anticipated swimming pool and spa industry television show, Australia’s Best Pools.
Australia’s Best Pools is a joint production between SPASA Australia and Northlight Productions – producers of the popular lifestyle show Open Homes Australia.
Similarly to popular home improvement shows highlighting the renovation sector, each episode features a collection of the best pools and spas across Australia, taking the viewer on a journey from concept to completion with design and maintenance tips from industry professionals. The series shares the story behind the pools, including the owners, builders, architects and designers.

Set above ground, this pool design is cleverly integrated with an outdoor pool house and Hampton-style alfresco area that features Australian red ironbark. The pool is made from 100% glass beads, complementing the overall finish with a clear cool blue colour that is perfectly refreshing for summer.

In this episode, the ‘Australia’s Best Pools’ team heads to Manly West in Brisbane to visit Director Matthew Galvin’s stunning luxury family pool – The gold recipient winner of the SPASA 2020 Pool and Spa Combination Concrete Award. The design of the pool takes advantage of the ample backyard space with an integrated lap pool and isolated spa relaxation area. With inbuilt heating year-round, this pool is functional for everyday use creating the perfect lifestyle for active young families. Boasting a coastal cream travertine look and porcelain tile finish, this pool combines shallow areas for shy swimmers to play while utilising functionality for water sports and exercise.
