The team at Environ was great to work with; the process was smooth and our pool... was finished much quicker than we thought. The quality is great; we’ve been enjoying our pool for about two months now and it is still as good as the first day! The only thing that maybe wasn’t perfect is that a few times we had workmen show up without prior notice. Luckily someone was at home to control the dogs. Overall it was a lot less stressful than we anticipated.read more

We’re really pleased with the end result. There were a few issues along the... way but these were resolved satisfactorily. Communication throughout could have been better but overall we’d recommend Environ to others.read more

The team at Environ we’re great to work with. Marc made everything clear and... easy to understand during the design and contract phase. Once we moved to construction everything happens on time and the team were great with their communication and updates. Also once the pool was completed any time we have needed help or a question answered they have always responded quickly and helped out. Would definitely recommendread more

Environ Pools has built an amazing pool for us that combines great design with... quality materials. From the first neeting on, they were responsive, patient, knowledgeable and professional. We have contacted at least 6 other builders and Environ was the best choice in terms of quality, service and price. Their customer service after sales is also very responsive and helpful. Our kuds swim every single day and we get heaps of complements from our visitors. Best investment ever :)read more

Thanks to Environ Pools we have a Jewel in the front of our property that... changes the look and the design of our home. Right from the begining the guys work like clock to finish on time because we gave them a date they have to finish. Our pool was completed well within the timeframe and ALL parts of the build... from design help to completion was timely, well communicated and stress free. We felt supported and found any issues were resolved immediately. The finished pool is exactly as we hoped and now we are also very happy that Environ Pools will service our pool where no other pool service company was interested due to our remote location. I was pretty nervous about building a pool and Environ Pools made it painless.... Marc listened to what we wanted and made it happen, the builders were excellent and fast and the whole process was so smooth and we are now swimming 3 weeks ahead of schedule in a beautiful concrete pool. If you want a company that delivers on everything they promise, this is the... company to go for. Their communication, timeliness, efficiency, problem solving and quality of work were all outstanding. All their employees were knowledgeable friendly and helpful. This has been the most seamless and amazing experience. From start to finish... we did not experience any issues. From the pool design with Marc who was fantastic in his patient approach, design expertise and customer service, through to the project team who communicated regularly, delivered everything on time and to the highest standard, right through to the admin team (Hayley) who proactively kept us updated throughout the process. I left it up to Pete to come back with a design and quote expecting to modify... it. Pete delivered exactly what I was after. Pete knew I had a granddaughter and designed the ledge the full length of the pool as well as the steps at the end the full width. I made no changes. Pete listened and even came out on a Sunday just to show my husband samples. Love working with Pete on this build. I then met Matt and Brad (site supervisor) wonderful people. Brad has been on top of everything during the build. Professional as well as layback and approachable. Hayley from the office lovely lady. Friendly and helpful absolute lovely lady to deal with. The interaction with the staff I have had it tells that they work for a company that treats the staff like family. This type of company I like dealing with as if they treat their staff well you can expect they will treat their customers that way also. The pool and infinite edge spa what can I say but WOW! thank you its amazing. I can't wait to turn the filter on so we have the constant waterfall. Then of course turn it off and sit in a warm spa on a cold night. My grand daughter thinks the spa is her own mini pool. The quality of workmanship is what is expected from a company like Environ pools. Thank you to all the staff that made this happen.read more

These guys have zero concern for rules & regulations regarding acceptable noise... levels when building pools & their subcontractors obviously follow suit. 5:30am starts on a weekday, 6am starts on a Saturday. I understand that a lot of people want pools built asap prior to the Summer months but these guys obviously over extend themselves and take on too much. Very frustrating & not professional.read more

I found the team at Environ Pools to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and... professional. From start to finish the owner Matt, our site supervisor Mark and also Hayley in the office were outstanding with communication throughout the process. Our pool is not only beautiful, it's also the feature of our yard. All our friends have commented on how amazing our pool turned out and are especially impressed with the waterfall and bubbles! My only regret is not adding on a spa too! If we ever move we will definitely use Environ again.read more
